FIRST, DECIDE WHAT'S RIGHT

Should I reach out now, wait a little longer, or focus on finding peace without contact? Mend helps you think it through honestly before you write a word.

THEN, YOUR FIRST WORDS

Hi Sam. I've been thinking about you a lot lately. I know things have been hard between us, and I'm sorry for my part in it. I'm not asking for anything. I just want you to know the door is open whenever you're ready.

HOW IT WORKS

A guided path from silence to the first real conversation.

1 · Understand what happened
Sort through your side of the story and decide what you really want: reconnection, a truce, or peace of mind.

2 · See their side
Gentle prompts help you imagine what they may have felt, feared, or misunderstood.

3 · Find your first words
Shape an opening that's honest and warm, free of blame, and easy for them to answer.

4 · Rehearse, then reach out
Practice the conversation, including the reactions you fear, then get support for what comes next.

You stay in control
Mend never contacts anyone for you. You decide what to say, how to say it, when, and whether to reach out at all. What you write in Mend never shared with the person you're reaching out to, and never sold.

A clear path, not a blank page
Every step follows a clear structure, shaped by years of coaching people through hard conversations, so you always know what to do next.

Designed for when you need it
No appointments or waiting rooms. Work through it at your own pace, from your phone.

Mend is coaching, not therapy. Not every relationship should be repaired. If what you share suggests abuse or danger, Mend will point you toward professional support instead of reconciliation.

WHY I'M BUILDING MEND

For most of my career in sales and sales leadership, I've coached people through hard conversations. Over time, I noticed that the hardest ones aren't at work. They're with the people we love. So many people want to reach out and simply don't know how to take the first step. Mend is my way of helping them find it, thoughtfully, and only when it's right.
